I don't always title my images, but this one is called "Blessed Anxiety." I took this image while I was going through a particularly difficult bout with anxiety. At that time, the camera served as good therapy for me. It was a difficult period, but one that made me better. Despite how painful it was, I am quite thankful for it. Shane Mercer
