U.S. Marshals place belongings into a plastic bag after an unattended backpack left on the grounds of the Federal Courthouse in Fargo, N.D., on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 initiated a response by the team to determine whether or not the backpack posed a serious threat. The bag contained nothing more than clothes, papers and a notebook.
