FARGO – Rains that began over the weekend are expected to continue in the Red River Valley through at least tonight, leading to a National Weather Service flood warning for creeks and rivers in the region.
FARGO – With many areas in the region having received 2 to 3 inches of rain over the past few days and another 1 to 2 inches possible through Tuesday, the National Weather Service says flooding is possible in a number of spots in the Red River Valley.
