Moorhead Electric buys Fargo electrical contractor
FARGO—An electrical contractor has purchased another local contractor here, a move it said will boost its workforce with experienced professionals.
Moorhead Electric, which has its headquarters at 3451 S. University Drive in Fargo, recently announced that it has acquired Fritz Electric, 1346 3rd Ave. N., Fargo. A news release said the purchase will add to Moorhead Electric's capacity for electric work while growing its workforce.
The change will also lead to expanded services and offerings at the company, such as construction prefabrication, advanced project planning, mobile technology, security and audio/visual systems.
Moorhead Electric is now celebrating its 50th year in business serving clients in the Dakotas and western Minnesota. It's a subsidiary of Parsons Electric, which is headquartered in Minneapolis.
