MOORHEAD—Spring break may be over, but students of Minnesota State University Moorhead's Paseka School of Business will get the opportunity to embark on a cruise later this week.

The Dragon Business Cruise will take students to several Moorhead businesses where they will learn how they use their space to impact company culture and productivity.

Approximately 30 students will meet at 1 p.m. April 21st at the Moorhead Center Mall. They'll split into four groups who will rotate between Bytespeed, First Avenue Promotions, Junkyard Brewing Company and Bell Bank throughout the afternoon.

Jane Pettinger, assistant professor of management and experiential learning coordinator, said the businesses were selected based on three criteria:

• They were located in Moorhead.

• They would potentially hire MSUM students and graduates.

• They were materially different from one another.

Pettinger said all four businesses are unique, but they share an entrepreneurial spirit.

The cruise will conclude with a business social for students, participating business executives and representatives of the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation at Everest Tikka House.
