Spotlight Media hires two

Spotlight Media in Fargo has hired Huong Tran and Seth Habhegger.

Tran is the new web/digital coordinator. She earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing and organizational leadership from Concordia College.

Habhegger is the new distribution and circulation manager. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and The New School in New York City.

Johnson joins Fargo Center for Dermatology

Fargo Center for Dermatology recently hired Karis Johnson as a registered nurse. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at North Dakota State University. Johnson is working with medical and cosmetic dermatology patients and in the clinic's laser and phototherapy departments for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and vitiligo.

Four join Essentia Health

Essentia Health in Fargo has four new employees.

Dr. Daniel Levin, an optometrist, has joined the Essentia Health 7 Day Clinic-Osgood and the Essentia Health 7 Day Clinic-North Fargo. Levin has been caring for patients for nearly 20 years in private practice in Fargo. He earned a degree in optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Dr. Venkata Dandamudi and Dr. Kiron Thomas have joined the Essentia Health- 32nd Avenue Clinic in Fargo, where they treat stroke and conditions that may contribute to a stroke.

Dandamudi earned a medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada, India. He completed a neuroimaging fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital and a residency in internal medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, N.J., as well as a residency in neurology and a fellowship in neurocritical care and neurointerventional surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He is certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in neurology and the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties in neurocritical care.

Thomas earned a medical degree from JJM Medical College. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, Ill., and a residency in neurology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He completed a fellowship in vascular neurology at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, Mass. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology.

Physician Assistant Kayla Glanz has joined the family medicine department at the Essentia Health 7 Day Clinic Osgood in Fargo. Glanz earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Pediatric Therapy Partners in Fargo has hired four employees.

Haley Colby has joined as a speech language pathologist. Colby earned her master's degree in speech language pathology and bachelor's degree in speech language and hearing sciences from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her experience ranges from providing treatment for swallowing, language disorders, articulation, pragmatics, social skills and augmentative alternative communication.

Rachel Coppin has been hired as a speech language pathologist. Coppin earned her master's and bachelor's degrees in speech language pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Coppin has worked in the field of speech language pathology for over 31 years. She has experience working with children who present themselves with the autism spectrum disorder. She is trained in the use of visual supports and picture exchange communication systems, Augmentative Alternative Communication and has training in digital auditory aerobics.

Brianna Jallo has joined the company as a speech language pathologist. Jallo earned her master's degree in speech language pathology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Jallo has worked in a neonatal intensive care unit and acute care and the school system. Her experience ranges from providing treatment for swallowing, reading disorders, articulation, childhood apraxia of speech and Augmentative Alternative Communication.

Krystal Rasmussen has joined as a pediatric physical therapist. Rasmussen graduated from the University of Mary with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Rasmussen was a fitness director and personal trainer, specializing in yoga, water aerobics and chair Pilates.

Chavez joins Kilbourne Group

Nicholas Chavez has joined Kilbourne Group in Fargo as a staff accountant. Most recently, Chavez was an audit senior associate with Eide Bailly. He earned a business administration degree in finance from Colorado State University and is pursuing master's degrees in accounting and business administration from University of Colorado Denver.

Fowler joins Sundog

Andrew Fowler has joined Sundog in Fargo as an associate software engineer. Fowler brings four years of experience providing solutions for a wide variety of projects and changing business needs. Fowler graduated from Bismarck State College, earning an associate's degree in computer science in 2016. Prior to joining Sundog, he worked as a programmer analyst at North Dakota Information Technology in Bismarck.

Emerson joins AE2S Construction

AE2S Construction has hired John Emerson as a special project manager in Fargo. Before joining AE2S Construction, Emerson was an operations manager for Robert Gibb and Sons' sewer and water division. Over the past few years, Emerson has worked on providing pipeline and facilities construction services to the oil and gas market in western North Dakota as well as public infrastructure projects in eastern North Dakota and Minnesota. Emerson earned a bachelor's degree in business, management option, from Montana State University.

High Point Networks hires two

High Point Networks has hired two in its corporate office in West Fargo.

Nate Bush joins the company as a system engineer. Bush earned an associate's degree in information technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical college in 2012. He was previously employed by TrueIT of West Fargo where he was a project engineer/project team lead. Bush has been working in the field for five years.

Peyton Wegleitner has been hired as a marketing coordinator. Wegleitner graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She was previously employed by Artekta Architects of Fargo as a marketing coordinator.

American Crystal Sugar Company hires two

American Crystal Sugar Company in Moorhead has hired two people.

Jill Anderson has accepted the senior accounts payable clerk position at the corporate office in Moorhead. She started with the company in September 2008 and has been in the accounts payable department. She has a bachelor's in film.

Justin Krieg has accepted the position of ag strategy development manager. Krieg earned a bachelor's degree in crop and soil science from Oregon State University. He began his career at American Crystal Sugar in Drayton, N.D., in 2008 and most recently held the senior agriculturist position. Prior to that, he worked for Betaseed, Inc. in Tangent, Ore., for five years. He brings 13 years of sugarbeet experience to his new position.

Thirteen join Century 21 FM Realty

Realty Executives North Plains in Fargo joined Century 21 FM Realty in Fargo. Jim McCreary, Greg Baldwin, Robin Carson, Gerry Gangnes, Rolf Kopperud, Dan Madsen, Doug Madsen, Joel Nilles, Gary Pattison, Mary Vigen, Angie Weishaar and Dan Whitman made the move to Century 21 FM Realty. Also, joining Century 21 FM Realty are Tyler Hunter and Pat Egan as real estate salespeople.

Mardaus joins TMI Hospitality

Vanessa Mardaus has been hired as office operations assistant at TMI Hospitality in Fargo. Mardaus has 10 years of experience in customer service and sales. She earned a degree in art and interior design from North Dakota State University.

Discovery Benefits promotes three

Discovery Benefits in Fargo has promoted Ashley Myhre, Cole Feist and Ryan Schmoll to senior integration analysts.

Myhre joined the company in September 2011 as a COBRA forms operations specialist before moving to the integration analyst team. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Feist started in July 2012 as a COBRA operations specialist and transferred to the integration analyst team in 2013. He graduated from Bismarck State College in 2006 with an associate's degree in liberal arts.

Schmoll joined Discovery Benefits in November 2011 as a business process outsourcing client manager and moved to the integration analyst team in 2012. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Independent Family Doctors adds providers

Independent Family Doctors in Fargo has hired two providers.

Kathryn Gray, a physician assistant, graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science and a master's degree in physician assistant studies. She is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants.

Amber Strobel, a nurse practitioner, earned her nursing degree from Concordia College and her doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Minnesota. Her medical training was completed in Rochester, Minn.

Christensen joins Widmer Roel

Brian Christensen has joined the tax department of Widmer Roel in Fargo as a staff accountant. Christensen earned an associate's degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College and a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University. Previously, he helped manage a family business while working seasonally for five years at a regional accounting firm.

Jorgensen joins Houston Engineering

Houston Engineering in Fargo has hired Clay Jorgensen as a civil engineer. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from South Dakota State University. He previously interned for Banner Associates in Brookings, S.D.

Blumler named to Bethany post

Alyssa Blumler, a registered nurse, has been named director of quality and education at Bethany Retirement Living in Fargo. She has worked at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, N.D., and St. Alexius Medical Center and Baptist Health Center in Bismarck. She joined Bethany Retirement Living in 2015 as a nurse manager for the transitional care unit and two households of the skilled nursing facility at Bethany on 42nd. Blumler earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing at the University of Jamestown.
