Jill Schurman has joined Dawson Insurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company, Fargo, as a commercial lines account assistant. Schurman previously worked as a customer support specialist and as a broker for an insurance agency. She attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College for human resources and business and North Dakota State University for elementary education.
Rehab 4 Life hires two
Stacey Gustafson and Brittany Person have joined Rehab 4 Life Physical Therapy as physical therapists. Gustafson has experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine, with an interest in general orthopedic and neurological populations. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Jamestown-Fargo campus in 2017. Person has experience in outpatient orthopedic, inpatient neurologic and pediatric settings. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2014 and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, in 2017.

Heather White has joined Western Products, an exterior home improvement company in Fargo, as a job project coordinator. She previously worked at Xtreme Consulting and has an associate's degree in business management.

Savannah Prodzinski has joined Essentia Health Heart and Vascular Center in Fargo as a physician assistant. She previously worked as a respiratory therapist at Essentia Health in Fargo. She earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Jamie Clarey has joined Ascensus Trust as an associate. She furthered her education at North Dakota School of Science, Wahpeton, and Aakers Business College, Fargo.

Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo has hired Lynsey Rittenbach as a student career advisor. She previously worked for the North Dakota Department of Career and Technical Education in its Career Resource Network.
Goe joins BHHS Premier Properties
Therese Goe has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties in Fargo as a real estate agent. She is a licensed Realtor in North Dakota and Minnesota. Goe previously worked as a paramedic at Sanford and Essentia Health and as a real estate virtual assistant. She obtained an associate's degree as an intensive care paramedic technician at Northland Community Technical College in East Grand Forks.
Junior Achievement hires Berntson
Karen Berntson has joined Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest as district director of North Dakota. Berntson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. JAUM serves over 9,400 children in Fargo-Moorhead annually, teaching students the fundamentals of financial literacy, college and career readiness and entrepreneurship.

Fanai and Mears join Family HealthCare
Family HealthCare has hired Dr. Sarah Fanai in osteopathic medicine and Nicole Mears as a family nurse practitioner. Fanai earned a doctorate of osteopathic medicine from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency in internal medicine with the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Her board certification in internal medicine is pending through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Mears earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Minnesota State University Moorhead and a master's from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She is certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
