Winner: Wurst Bier Hall

Location: 630 1st Ave. N., Fargo

What is your reaction to winning?

"While we love any awards we receive, this one is probably the most appreciated," said Wurst Bier Hall general manager Jason Cossette. "Beer is our main focus and to have the community say we are doing it right really means a lot to us."

What's the best part about your business?

"Our establishment is designed to bring people together. Seeing people sitting together and having a great time is what makes the business special," Cossette said.

What's a beer you wish more people would try?

"There isn't really any one beer. However, I don't think a lot of people realize how many different flavors you can achieve with beer. I highly recommend being adventurous. A good bartender or server can match a beer to anyone's palate," Cossette said.

What's new for your business?

"We now have liquor and wine available including beer cocktails (beertails). It's not exactly new, but, I don't think a lot of people are aware of it yet," Cossette said. "We have also started our own herb garden for our drinks. Nothing like a mojito with mint that's clipped fresh off the plant!"
