Calumet says new N.D. diesel refinery rampup to take 3 months

HOUSTON - A new 20,000 barrels-per-day diesel refinery in North Dakota will begin commissioning in the fourth quarter, but it will take up to three months to ramp up to its full capacity, Calumet Specialty Products Partners Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Straumins told analysts on Wednesday.
