Peterson Farms Seed hires account manager
Peterson Farms Seed, Harwood, N.D., has hired Rob Thuringer as an account manager for eastern South Dakota.
Thuringer attended South Dakota State University, Brookings, where he majored in ag business, economics and marketing.He previously worked in sales and dispatch at the Farmer’s Ag Center, Madison, S.D., and for Wells Fargo Bank as an ag and business banker.
Facility management director named
Goldmark Property Management has promoted Brian Benscoter to director of facility management.
Benscoter joined Goldmark in 1998 as a site manager. From there he became an area manager and then regional manager. He also has earned the certified apartment manager designation.
Greater ND Chamber hires marketing director
The Greater North Dakota Chamber has hired Sarah Kotelnicki as the director of communication and marketing.
With 11 years of corporate, small-business and nonprofit industry experience, Kotelnicki is a specialist in creative and strategic marketing, public relations and communications solutions. Most recently, she served as the director of alumni and public relations at the University of North Dakota Alumni Association and Foundation, Grand Forks.
Bausman joins Forum multimedia sales team
Anne Bausman has joined The Forum’s multimedia sales team.
She is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems.
Bausman was previously the marketing manager and volunteer coordinator for Hard Charge and she was also a brand manager with 81designs.
U.S. Bank hires four, promotes Scearcy
U.S. Bank has hired Austin Phillips and Sloane Peterson as branch leader development trainees for the Southeast North Dakota District, Scott Berg as a relationship manager in the business banking department and Braden Ashworth as manager at the branch at 1815 S. University Drive, Fargo.
Todd Scearcy has been promoted to personal trust relationship manager in the bank’s trust department.
Phillips is a graduate of Concordia College with bachelor’s degrees in business and music. Peterson is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Phillips and Peterson will participate in a 26-month program to enhance their leadership skills and path toward branch management positions.
Berg is a graduate of NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a native of Fargo and has nine years of commercial lending, cash management and underwriting experience. He has served as a senior business relationship manager for Wells Fargo and most recently as vice president of business banking for Choice Financial.
Ashworth is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in music industry, and Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Fergus Falls, with an associate degree in music science. He started his banking career with Wells Fargo and worked for over five years in various roles including teller, lead teller, sales and service manager and personal banker.
Scearcy is a graduate of Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in business and history. He has been with U.S. Bank since 2005 and has a total of 11 years of experience in the financial service industry. He has held several positions with U.S. Bank, including personal banker, sales and service manager and branch manager. Most recently, he was manager at the West Acres branch. He will now be located at U.S. Bank’s downtown Fargo location.

Argall received her medical degree from Creighton University. She completed her OB/GYN residency at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, Conn.
Ibrahim received his medical degree from Gulf Medical College in Ajman of the United Arab Emirates. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Oney completed her graduate degree at the University of Alabama.
Zreik received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. He completed his residency in general surgery at Waterbury (Conn.) Hospital and his fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Minnesota.
Fashanu received her medical degree from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Pinnacle Health System, Harrisburg, Pa., and her fellowship in infectious disease at the Cleveland Clinic.
Parachuri received his medical degree from JSS Medical College in India. He completed his pediatrics residency at Michigan State University, Kalamazoo. He completed his fellowship in pediatric neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and has focused his research in epilepsy, autonomic disorders, neuromuscular diseases and migraines.
Anderson completed medical school at Des Moines University. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and his neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Iowa.
Breker received his medical degree from UND and completed his residency in neurology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He completed his fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan.
Corbett received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies. He completed his residencies in internal medicine at Winthrop-University Hospital, Mineola, N.Y., and he completed his fellowship in infectious disease at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Knutson named as director of recruitment
Kelsey Knutson has been named director of recruitment for Northwestern Mutual, Fargo.
She was previously a marketing consultant at Off the Wall Advertising.
Knutson is a native of Hutchinson, Minn., and a graduate of Concordia College.
Eyesite on 43rd hires Henning as technician
Jillian Henning has joined Eyesite on 43rd, Fargo, as an optometric technician. She was formerly employed by Sanford/MeritCare as an optometric technician and optician.
She has nine years of experience in the eye industry.
Emmerich, Carlson promoted at Gate City
Gate City Bank has promoted Jaymie Emmerich to senior customer service and sales supervisor at the bank’s location in downtown Fargo and Shawn Carlson has been promoted to mortgage loan origination supervisor at the bank’s corporate office.
Emmerich has been with Gate City Bank since 2007. A native of Moorhead, she graduated from Globe University in Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Carlson has been with Gate City Bank since 2010 and was previously the mortgage loan underwriter. He is originally from Minot, N.D., and he graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a management major.

Gregg Monson joins Continental Land Co.
Gregg Monson has joined the real estate sales team at Continental Land Co., Lake Park, Minn.
Monson attended Kaplan Real Estate School in St. Paul and is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota as a real estate sales professional.
Monson specializes in all types of real estate including lake, rural and residential homes, farmland, vacant land and commercial property.
Before joining Continental Land Co., he worked for Acme Tools of Fargo in the service and sales departments.
Mac’s corporate office hires 3 new employees
Mac’s corporate office in Moorhead has hired Troy Brendemuhl as controller, and Matt Roers and Stacy Lieser as buyers.
Brendemuhl has more than 15 years of accounting experience from Johnson Bros. and Ygomi, and most recently was the controller at Tharaldson. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a certified public accountant.
Roers has more than eight years of buying experience at Northern Tool & Equipment’s corporate office in Burnsville, Minn. Prior to Northern Tool, he worked in inventory and management at Home Depot. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Metropolitan State University.
Lieser has 10 years of retail buying experience from her time with Vanity and most recently with Swanson Health Products. She has a bachelor’s degree in apparel and textiles with an emphasis in retail merchandising from North Dakota State University.
