Lalonde graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and finance.
She previously worked at Western Products as an accounting and human resources associate.
Ambrosy joins WCI planning team
Emily Ambrosy has joined West Central Initiative as a transportation planner focusing on Safe Routes to Schools plans for communities in west-central Minnesota.
She will also help with trails planning and active living initiatives.
Originally from Bellevue, Iowa, Ambrosy has a master’s degree in urban and regional planning, and a bachelor’s degree in health promotion with a certificate in public health, both from the University of Iowa, Iowa City. She is also a certified personal trainer.
Teiken added to Realty Executives North Plains
Realty Executives North Plains, Fargo, has added Hilary Teiken to the Dan Whitman Team.
Teiken is a licensed Realtor in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Barrett joins Park Co. Realtors as sales assoc.
Tasha Barrett recently joined Park Co. Realtors as a sales associate.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Mary.
Barrett specializes in residential real estate. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Dakota Association of Realtors.
Jeremiah Program adds staff, board member
Amanda Volmer is the new office administrator for Jeremiah Program Fargo-Moorhead.
Also, Carolyn Baana has joined the nonprofit’s Community Board of Trustees.
Volmer first began volunteering with Jeremiah Program in 2011, serving on the marketing and communications committee and assisting with the pilot Life Skills course. She has a degree in human development and family science and previously worked as the program director at the Boys and Girls Club of the Red River Valley.
Baana currently works with Microsoft, and was previously an assistant professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has been a volunteer with Jeremiah Program since 2010.
One hired, one promoted at Noridian
DeAnn Wagenman has joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Co., a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, as manager of its internal audit department, and Mary Walker has been promoted to director of compliance and enterprise ethics.
Wagenman worked as an audit manager at Widmer Roel, a public accounting firm in Fargo. In addition, she has six years of experience working in the insurance industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Dakota State University and she is also a certified public accountant.
Walker joined NMIC in 2012 as manager in compliance and ethics. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and French from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and a bachelor’s degree in legal assistance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She also earned a master’s degree in business management from the University of Mary, Bismarck. She has 25 years of experience in life insurance and banking compliance roles.
Vanity’s corporate office hires three
Jennifer Horn, Jordan Linstad and Katie Macey have joined Vanity’s corporate office in Fargo.
Horn is an allocator. She has retail and customer service experience from Lifetouch Photography and Hollister Co. Horn has a bachelor’s degree from University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Linstad has joined Vanity as information technology systems analyst. He has IT and customer service experience from Mayville (N.D.) State University and Best Buy, and has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from MSU.
Macey is a field recruitment and operations customer service specialist. She previously worked at Franchise Sports Inc., NDAD Bingo Palace and Vanity, Grand Forks. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Peterson added to tech consulting team
Jason Peterson has joined regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm Eide Bailly as an application development senior associate.
Peterson joins the Eide Bailly technology consulting team with more than 15 years of IT and software engineering experience in both the private and public sector. He also has more than two years of teaching experience in database architecture and administration and network security.
Peterson earned both bachelor and master’s degrees in computer science from North Dakota State University.
CoreLink hires director and analyst
CoreLink Administrative Solutions, Fargo, has hired Cody Chamberlain as director of information security and Brad Corradi as a programmer analyst.
Chamberlain earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He also received a master’s degree in business administration from Hamline University, St. Paul. He has eight years of experience in the industry, and previously worked at Target as the manager of cyber security.
Corradi attended North Dakota State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He has 15 years of experience in the industry and previously worked at Bank-Koe Systems.
Hines joins Johnson & Associates law firm
Jared Hines has joined Erik R. Johnson & Associates law firm as an associate attorney.
The firm is the city attorney and prosecutors’ office for the city of Fargo. Hines was appointed by the City Commission as an assistant city attorney and city prosecutor.
He is from Ellworth, Wis., and is a 2010 graduate of North Dakota State University and a 2013 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. Hines most recently served as a judicial law clerk for the East Central Judicial District judges in Cass County District Court.
ShareHouse Inc. hires 2, promotes 1
ShareHouse Inc. has hired Marvis Doster as a certified addictions registered nurse and Anne Witteman as a licensed addiction counselor, and has promoted Jeremy Traen to program director for ShareHouse Genesis and Transitions Mental Health Center.
Doster has several years of experience working in the field of substance abuse treatment, most recently as director of nursing and residential services at Heartview Foundation in Bismarck. Doster earned her degrees through Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing and the Jamestown Hospital, and is a certified professional collector trainer by DATIA.
Witteman earned a master’s in counseling with an emphasis on addictions from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from North Dakota State University. Witteman most recently worked at Red River Training Program in Grand Forks.
Traen received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead, holds his LAC, LADC and is also a licensed social worker. Traen has been with ShareHouse since 2006 in various positions, most recently working as a licensed addiction counselor at ShareHouse Genesis.

Peterson Farms Seed, Harwood, N.D., has hired Mark Angus as a CRM specialist.
Angus grew up near Wadena, Minn. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in computer information systems. He was previously employed with DMS Health Technologies and Pepsi.
Heilman hired, Stensrud takes new role at bank
Jodi Heilman has been hired as senior vice president of marketing at Bell State Bank & Trust, 3100 13th Ave. S., Fargo, and Karen Stensrud has been named vice president of communications and public relations.
Originally from Fergus Falls, Minn., Heilman earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She worked as executive vice president of creative at Sundog, Fargo.
Stensrud joined Bell State Bank & Trust in 2003 and previously served as vice president of marketing and communications. Originally from Madison, S.D., she earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Concordia College and a master’s degree in creative writing from MSUM.
Sanford Health welcomes two providers
Two new providers have joined Sanford Health in Fargo.
Mariah Laver Juanto specializes in psychology and is at the Sanford Professional Building. Laver Juanto received her doctorate at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Dr. Chandra Thondapi, a hospitalist, will practice at the Sanford Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Prince George’s Hospital Center.
Warner joins New York Life office as agent
Karl “Khaow” Warner has been hired by the North Dakota General Office of New York Life in Fargo as an agent for the company.
Warner earned a degree in finance from North Dakota State University. He is originally from Thailand and lived in Hamlin County, S.D.

Park Co. Realtors, Fargo, has promoted Katie Loff to coordinator of closing services and Carmin Wehlander to director of client and listing services.
Loff was previously a member of the client services team. She is a graduate of North Dakota State University and has been with Park Co. since 2010.
Wehlander was previously a coordinator listing services. She is a graduate of Valley City (N.D) State University and has been with the company since 2008.
Applied Engineering hires Johnson, Schuler
Applied Engineering has hired Evan Johnson and Ryan Schuler as design engineers. Both will be working in the Fargo office.
Johnson graduated from Montana State University, Bozeman, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Schuler graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Flores graduated from West Fargo High School, and she previously worked in the Sanford Health NICU in Fargo as a health unit coordinator.

Jennifer Johns and Anne Olson have joined FM Title of Fargo as closing officers.
Johns, who has a background as a Realtor and a retail manager, attended Rasmussen College.
Olson, who also has a background as a Realtor and in social services, graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Ulteig has hired Heidi Rolon as an executive assistant to the CEO. She will work in Ulteig’s Fargo office.
She most recently worked for STM Networks as an executive assistant, and she has more than 25 years of experience.
Barnesville Library welcomes new librarian
Lake Agassiz Regional Library has named Kaia Lind as the new librarian at its branch in Barnesville, Minn.
Lind is originally from Hendricks, Minn., and she has a bachelor’s degree in Latin education and history from Concordia College.
First International Bank promotes 2, hires 4
First International Bank and Trust has named Nate Hunter as vice president at the branch at 800 30th Ave. S., Moorhead. Hunter has been with the bank since March and most recently was the branch manager at the Moorhead location. He will continue to fulfill the role of branch manager but will also have the title vice president.
Dennis Nelson has been named director of credit risk at the bank. Nelson began his career at First International Bank and Trust in 2007 and most recently was the credit review manager.
Andy Eckhoff and Marshal Erickson have joined the bank as community bankers. They will be working at the branch on 25th Street South in Fargo. Eckhoff has an associate degree in finance from Alexandria (Minn.) Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Erickson previously worked at AgCountry Farm Credit Services as a farm accounting intern. He graduated from North Dakota State University with degrees in agribusiness and accounting.

The Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead has named Roz Leighton the public affairs coordinator and Chelsea Smith as the communications and office coordinator.
Leighton graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics. She has two years of political experience in campaigns, PACs, political nonprofit and for U.S. Sen. John Hoeven. Leighton is originally from Minneapolis and moved to Fargo to pursue a degree at North Dakota State University.
