‘Hotel Hell’ turns up the heat on Calumet Inn in Pipestone
A hotel and restaurant in Pipestone, Minn., is getting some national attention. The Calumet Inn will be featured on “Hotel Hell” at 8 tonight.
The Fox reality show stars fiery British personality Gordon Ramsay, who, similar to his show “Kitchen Nightmares,” visits struggling hotels to pinpoint problems and implement solutions.
A sneak peek of scenes from his visit to the historic Calumet revealed Ramsay having a hard time finding the front desk and discovering mold in a guest room refrigerator.
He also has some strong words for owners, Rina and Vanda Smrkovski, sisters who were given the business as a gift from their father.
The episode was shot last summer. Along with “Hotel Hell” and “Kitchen Nightmares,” Ramsey also has two other shows on Fox – “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Master Chef.”
