Missing Wyoming man found alive in western ND

MANNING, N.D. - A Wyoming man who had been missing since Friday evening was found early Tuesday morning, according to the Dunn County Sheriff's Office.

Jared Holloway, 32, is alive and well, Deputy Kyle Grove wrote in an email. He was reported missing after last being seen at a well site in McKenzie County.

Holloway was found by a Dunn County deputy about 1 a.m. Tuesday. He was located by his employer, Killdeer-based Maxxon Energy Corp., who used a GPS signal from Holloway's tablet in his truck to find his location, Grove wrote. Holloway also sent a text message at about 11:20 p.m. Monday to Maxxon dispatcher Shawna Dixon, who contacted Grove and relayed the information.

Holloway was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center in Dickinson, where he was treated for severe dehydration, according to the email.
