New hearing set for Fargo man accused of killing wife in 2012

FARGO – A man who’s been held in the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown since being accused of stabbing his wife to death in their south Fargo apartment on March 6, 2012 is set for a new hearing in the case.

Henry Leo Deniger, 52, was found not guilty in April 2013 after a Cass County judge said he couldn’t be held criminally responsible for his acts.
