Oil spill in south Fargo leads to change in water taste, supply

MOORHEAD – Residents here may taste a difference in their tap water over the next few days.

Moorhead Public Service, the city’s publicly owned utility, switched from Red River water to Buffalo Aquifer water after an oil spill in south Fargo on Saturday, which could have entered the river, the utility said in a news release.
