Stanton pitches gem to spark RedHawks to victory

FARGO – Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks manager Doug Simunic liked the Taylor Stanton he saw Monday night at Newman Outdoor Field. Stanton looked a lot more like 2013 version.


The reigning pitcher of the year in the American Association pitched seven strong innings against the St. Paul Saints. Stanton’s effort fueled the RedHawks to an 8-1 victory before 3,098 fans.
