Suspect in child choking won't contest extradition to Minnesota
PARK RAPIDS, Minn. - A man charged with trying to choke his foster son won’t contest his extradition in a Fargo court and will be returned to Hubbard County on Friday or Monday at the latest, according to Hubbard County Sheriff Cory Aukes.
