Fargo ND 101 5th Street North 58102

WEST FARGO – A large chunk of Boulevard Square’s commercial space will be filled soon with the addition of TrueIT.

The Internet technology services provider is moving into Boulevard Square I, at 745 31st Ave. E., as of Aug. 1. That building is also home to pizza restaurant Spicy Pie.

TrueIT is currently in the Pioneer Center at 1405 Prairie Parkway, West Fargo.

In the past 2½ years, it’s grown from four people to 27 employees, said Randy Philippi, business development/marketing manager.

The company provides a range of IT services, Philippi said, from supplemental services for small companies to fully managing departments.

TrueIT also has a programming division, and is a Microsoft partner, providing interactive demonstrations of Microsoft products, Philippi said.

An end cap space remains in Boulevard Square I. Lori Ibach, commercial Realtor with Goldmark Schlossman, said requests have been made for a coffee shop to go into that space or into the other Boulevard Square building.

Freya Salon is open in Boulevard Square II, 3140 Bluestem Drive. Family Wellness Yoga is also opening in that space, with a grand opening scheduled for Sept. 6, said Jenna Johnson, Family Wellness director. Classes will begin the week prior to its grand opening, she said.

Ibach said another tenant for Boulevard Square II will be announced in coming weeks.

Boulevard Square also features apartment units above the retail space.
