Fargo  - The red-peaked building surrounded by dirt stretches along an otherwise bare chunk of 45th Street at 36th Avenue South.

Under construction is Maple View Memory Care Community. It’s a facility that cares for and meets the needs of people with a memory impairment condition, said Jordyn Haider, director.
