Fargo - Some drivers along a downtown corridor have wondered about the purpose behind traffic control devices that popped up this summer.


The city of Fargo installed temporary rubber curbs and flexible delineators along NP Avenue, west of Broadway, to make a trial conversion of NP Avenue to a two-lane roadway more realistic, according to a city news release.
