Ritter pleads guilty
January 5, 2010
A man charged in an armed standoff in Fargo last July pleaded guilty Monday to being a felon in possession of a firearm. Judge Frank Racek ruled that Leonard Ritter was not guilty of other crimes including terrorizing, preventing arrest and reckless endangerment because of a lack of criminal responsibility.

It's snowed every day in February so far. The total amount is already above average for the entire month. The more snow we get, the more people wonder if we'll see another flood here in the Red River Valley.
One of the harder hit areas this winter has been Southeastern North Dakota. If there's a snowflake in the air, it'll find Ransom, Sargent or Richland County. It's also snowed there everyday this month. One business owner in Sargent County has a part-time job he never wanted, clearing snow.
The 2 men whose luggage was taken and searched by the bomb squad at Hector International over the weekend say it was a frustrating experience that took way too long.

One of the latest crashes involved a vehicle normally called to injury accidents, an ambulance. It happened just outside Mapleton. A Jamestown ambulance carrying an elderly patient lost control, rolling at least once, injuring three people.
The game of pool, or billiards, is something many of us have played at some time in our lives. But recently, I came across a group of ladies on south Fargo who are not only just learning the game, they're loving it!

But, now the Army Corps of Engineers is leaning toward a Minnesota diversion. We talked with the mayors of Fargo and West Fargo to see what they think about a diversion going across the river.
