Anniversary Announcement Form
The Forum publishes anniversary announcements in the Sunday Celebrations section and on The Forum's Web site, www.inforum.com. Cost is $25 and deadline for the following Sunday edition is noon Tuesday.
Five copies of the Sunday Forum in which the announcement appears are included in the $25 fee. Copies of the newspaper must be picked up at the main Forum office in downtown Fargo within five days.
To have the newspapers mailed, please make prior arrangements with the front counter staff at (701) 241-5486. There will be an additional charge to have the newspapers mailed ($5 for the Celebrations section only; $10 for the entire Sunday paper, minus inserts).
Due to space constraints, some information may be held for two weeks. Consideration will be given to event dates.
Couples may submit their wedding photo as well as a current photo, either color or black and white. If only one photo is requested, only a current photo will be used. Photos submitted for publication are not saved. To have a photo returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope or indicate that the photo will be picked up. Photos are held at The Forum for 30 days and are then discarded.
The Forum reserves the right to control editorial content on all announcements in the Celebrations section. Information submitted will be edited to fit Forum style guidelines. Also, use of color for photos is not guaranteed.
