Kara Wagemann, age 44, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND surrounded by her loving family.

Kara Wagemann, age 44, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND surrounded by her loving family.

Kara was born on November 29, 1964 to Robert and Francesca (Buster) Charles in Chicago, IL. She was raised in Chicago and San Diego, CA. She married Mark on October 26, 1991 in San Diego, CA. They lived there for two years before moving to Fargo in 1993. She has been employed as an Administrative Assistant at Park Co. Realty for 14 years.

Her life was her family. She took very good care of her husband and children and never missed the opportunity to support them in their activities. She was active in the VFW Ladies Auxiliary holding the state position of Conductress. One of her great gifts was providing a yearly calendar to all the members of her extended family.

Survivors include her husband, Mark; children: Dallas and Clint of Fargo, ND; father: Robert Charles (Marian), San Diego, CA; mother: Francesca Charles, Fargo, ND; mother-in-law: Virginia Wagemann; many step brothers and sisters; many brothers and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law: Harold Wagemann and two step sisters.

Memorials are preferred to the North Dakota Veteran’s Cemetery in Mandan, ND or to the college fund set up for Kara’s sons.

Visitation will be from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday, January 9, followed by a Prayer Service 2009 at the church and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

The Funeral will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Fargo, ND.

Burial will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2009 at the North Dakota Veteran’s Cemetery, Mandan, ND.
