An open house to celebrate the 40th wedding anniversary of Otto and Patricia Tofte, Sykeston, N.D., will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Best Western Kelly Inn and Suites, 1767 44th St. S., Fargo.
They have three children Jason, St. Paul, Jennifer Bussinger, Tampa, Fla., and Sara (Jason) Anderson, Fargo; and five grandchildren.
