The city of Fargo said Tuesday that its 911 system was being overloaded with nonemergency calls relating to the flood.

Residents are asked to call 911 in emergency situations only. If residents of Cass and Clay counties have nonemergency questions, they may call the following numbers:

- Fargo: (701) 476-4007

- Cass County: (701) 241-5793

- Moorhead: (218) 299-5255

- Clay County: (218) 299-7768 or (218) 299-7769.
