Moorhead meeting to address flooding

The Moorhead City Council has scheduled a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the City Council chambers to discuss flood protection measures.
The meeting follows the release of projections from the National Weather Service for a second crest of the Red River in Fargo-Moorhead in mid- to late-April.
