The 52nd Avenue South bridge over the Red River reopened for normal traffic at noon Monday.
The bridge connects Fargo and Moorhead.
However, due to wet and muddy conditions, South University Drive between 52nd and 40th avenues south will remain closed until the remainder of the clay has been removed, according to a news release from the city of Fargo.
