Crews completed sandbag pickup Tuesday from this spring's flood in Minnesota's Polk and Kittson counties.
Hough Inc. of Detroit Lakes, Minn., was awarded the $50,600 contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Work in the counties began May 18.
Contractors removed approximately 56,000 sandbags in the two counties.
