Red River expected to reach 23 feet
The National Weather Service said the heavy rainfall Tuesday and Wednesday is expected to push the Red River in Fargo-Moorhead to nearly 23 feet by Saturday, causing minor flooding. Minor flood stage is 18 feet; moderate flooding occurs at 25 feet.By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM
