Attorney general: State to seek dismissal of Sioux nickname lawsuit

MINOT, N.D. – State Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said Thursday that he will ask the court to dismiss a lawsuit filed against the state Board of Higher Education over the University of North Dakota’s Fighting Sioux nickname.
