North Dakota receives public health grants

WASHINGTON – Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Friday the availability of $730,996 in grants to help North Dakota prepare for the 2009 novel H1N1 flu virus and the fall flu season.

WASHINGTON – Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Friday the availability of $730,996 in grants to help North Dakota prepare for the 2009 novel H1N1 flu virus and the fall flu season.

North Dakota is eligible to receive $543,949 in Public Health Emergency Response grants and $187,047 in Hospital Preparedness grants.
