Death notices (July 15, 2009)

David Anderson, 73, Nancy Anderson, 66, both Bluffton, Minn., died Sunday in their home. (Karvonen & Son, New York Mills, Minn.)

Clarence Bjornseth, 92, Bottineau, N.D., died Monday in a Bottineau hospital. Visitation is today from 10 to 9 and Thursday from 9 to noon in Nero Funeral Home, Bottineau. The funeral will be Thursday at 2:30 in First Lutheran Church, Bottineau.

William “Al” Gunderson, 43, Fargo, formerly Towner, N.D., and Los Angeles, died Tuesday in his home. The memorial service will be Saturday at 10:30 in Anderson Funeral Home, Towner.

Emily Hestera, 64, Dilworth, died Tuesday in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo. The funeral will be Friday at 10 in Dilworth Lutheran Church.

Marlene Howey, 65, Pelican Rapids, Minn., died Monday in her home. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Larson Funeral Home, Pelican Rapids, and Friday from 1 to 2, followed by the funeral at 2, in Faith Lutheran Church, Pelican Rapids.

Doris Jensen, 79, Fort Collins, Colo., died Friday in her home. The funeral will be Saturday at 11 in Jevnaker Lutheran Church, near Borup, Minn. (Anderson, Twin Valley, Minn.)

Nick Ludwig, 88, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly Harvey, N.D., died Friday in a Fort Lauderdale care center. Services will be held at a later date. (Hertz, Harvey)
