Tiffany Johnson and David Miller, Fargo, announce their engagement.

Tiffany graduated from Oak Grove Lutheran School, Fargo, and graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in apparel and design. She is a barista at Dunn Brothers, Fargo.

David graduated from Tonganoxie (Kan.) High School and graduated from Washburn University, Topeka, Kan., with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science. He is a paralegal at Ohnstad & Twichell, West Fargo.

A Sept. 6 wedding is planned at Fargo Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Alison Dunning and Dustin Elliott, Fargo, announce their engagement.

Parents are David and Annette Dunning, Park River, N.D.; Terri and Jon Boe, Mapleton, N.D.; and Thomas Elliott, Estevan, Sask.

Alison graduated in 2004 from Park River High School and in 2006 graduated from Josef’s School of Hair Design, Fargo. She is a hairstylist at Regis Hair Salon, Fargo.

Dustin graduated in 2004 from Adams-Edmore High School, Edmore, N.D. He is a direct lending collateral processer at Bank of the West, Fargo.

A Sept. 26 wedding is planned at Seasons at Rose Creek, Fargo.
