Parents are William and Diane Vice, Dixon, Calif.; and Tim and Erin Haux, Hillsboro, N.D.
Monica graduated in 2001 from Vanden High School, Fairfield, Calif., and in 2007 graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a degree in communications. She is a teller for Wells Fargo Bank, Fargo.
Alex graduated in 2003 from May-Port-CG High School, Mayville, N.D. He is a technical support engineer for Microsoft, Fargo.
A Sept. 19 wedding is planned at Rockefeller Lodge, San Pablo, Calif., with a reception to follow in North Dakota in October.
