Ness-Planteen

Sara Ness and Neil Planteen, Cogswell, N.D., announce their engagement.

Parents are Richard and LaNet Ness, Wimbledon, N.D.; Nancy Patterson, Oakes, N.D.; and Bernie Planteen, Cogswell.

Sara graduated in 2006 from Wimbledon-Courtenay High School, Wimbledon, and in 2008 graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, with an associate degree in crop production sales and service. She is an insurance office administrator and insurance agent at Starion Financial, Oakes.

Neil graduated in 2003 from Sargent Central High School, Forman, N.D., and studied auto mechanics at NDSCS. He is a mechanic at Oakes Truck and Trailer.

A Dec. 12 wedding is planned at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Cogswell, followed by a reception at the Cogswell Community Hall.
