Beutler-Markert

Heather Beutler and Cory Markert, Minnetonka, Minn., announce their engagement.

Parents are Loren and Marilyn Vanderwerff, Charles and Naomi Marchand, Fargo; and Jay and Kim Beutler, Huson, Mont.

Heather graduated in 2002 from Fargo South High School and in 2006 graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science education. She is a FACS teacher at Minnetonka High School.

Cory graduated in 2001 from Fargo South High School and in 2006 graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is director of business development at Transperfect Translations, Minneapolis.

An April 5 wedding is planned at Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. A reception will be held May 8 at O’Kelly’s, Fargo.
