Culinary expert Rost to visit farmers market

The West Fargo Park District will host culinary expert Christy Rost at the Farmers Market and Beyond from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the parking lot at South Elmwood Park, 500 13th Ave. W.

Rost will cook with home-grown fresh produce items from area vendors and will share samples with visitors.

Rost, the author of two cookbooks, is also a spokeswoman, radio personality, culinary instructor and guest presenter for retailers, home shows and charities.
