Relish chef Jon Ashton to make appearances Tuesday in Fargo

Jon Ashton, chef for the cooking publication Relish, will be in Fargo-Moorhead Tuesday making several public appearance.
At noon Tuesday Ashton will make a stop at Accent Kitchen & Bath, at 3151 Main Ave., Fargo. While there he'll be making a demo dish of Toasted Cumin & Herb Guacamole with Assorted Seasonal Vegetable Crudités, and Cannellini Beans with Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette.
Later, at 2 p.m. Ashton will be at Nodak, 3515 Main Ave., Fargo, to demo Rosemary Apricot Pork Tenderloin.
Ashton's final stop will be at 4 p.m. at Creative Kitchen, in the West Acres Mall, where he will be available for a meet-and-greet with some food samples.
The appearances are available to the public. No tickets or registration will be required.
