It’s estimated that Americans will spend $5.8 billion on Halloween this year, and according to Reuters, the largest share of that massive sum will go toward costumes.

From classic to scary to adorable, costumed kids are a holiday tradition all over the nation this time of year, and Fargo-Moorhead is no exception.
