‘No’ to double tax for flood control
I am urging all voters to vote “no” on the sales tax measure because we really don’t know what we are being taxed for.By: Dick Johnson, Fargo
I am urging all voters to vote “no” on the sales tax measure because we really don’t know what we are being taxed for.
If an approved plan for a diversion were in place, that would make a world of difference. If a diversion plan is not approved, we would be giving the county coffers an open purse to spend these tax dollars where and when they wish. We should know what we are spending our money on.
