LIVESTRONG program enrollment open

The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties is now enrolling for an upcoming session of LIVESTRONG, a wellness program for cancer survivors.

The session starts Dec. 5 and meets for 12 Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Fercho YMCA, 400 1st Ave. S. in Fargo.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their disease and/or its treatment and wish to regain strength and self-confidence.

The program, which includes classes and a 12-week YMCA membership, is free for participants and a support person.
