Each item on the menu is made from scratch and prepared by professional bakers; items include raspberry tart, traditional pumpkin pie and ready-to-bake caramel rolls. Breakfast Fundraiser, 8:30 a.m. to noon, St. Mary’s Cathedral, 604 Broadway, Fargo. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, orange juice and coffee; proceeds benefit Special Olympics of North Dakota; sponsored by the Knights of Columbus; $3

for children ages 6 to 12, $5 for adults.
