Local foods conference scheduled Feb. 18-19
BISMARCK – Dakota Grown, a two-day conference on producing, processing and using locally grown foods and food products, will be Feb. 18-19 at the Doublewood Inn, Bismarck.
BISMARCK – Dakota Grown, a two-day conference on producing, processing and using locally grown foods and food products, will be Feb. 18-19 at the Doublewood Inn, Bismarck.
Session topics will include hoop houses, horticulture, farm-to-school programs and growing local foods businesses. There will also be networking opportunities.
Registration is $40 per person and includes all sessions and meals.
