FARGO – Fuji’s Japanese Steakhouse and Seafood Restaurant plans to open in a downtown Fargo location in summer 2012.

The restaurant has signed a letter of intent with Cityscapes Development to lease about 10,000 square feet of Cityscapes Plaza space on First Avenue North. The restaurant will take up the far east side of that space and will not change the status of space now leased for use by the North Dakota State University Bookstore and NDSU security.

Fuji’s will be open for both lunch and dinner.

The owners of the restaurant, Gui Goa and Kun Lin, are in the process of opening a Fuji’s in Grand Forks that is expected to open in March.

Goa and Lin also have ties to Kobe’s Japanese Cuisine restaurant in Fargo.
