Clearwater Health to be part of Sanford

BAGLEY, Minn. – Clearwater County Board members announced Tuesday that they have signed a definitive agreement with Sanford Health to purchase the operations of Clearwater Health Services.
The agreement will be finalized Feb. 1, pending approval by the Sanford Health board of trustees.
Clearwater Health Services will become known as Sanford Bagley and will include Sanford Bagley Medical Center, Clinic and Ambulance Service and the Clearbrook Clinic in Clearbrook.
