Parents are Polly Becker, Fullerton, N.D.; Randy Becker and Randy and Janice Raatz, Oakes.
Randa graduated in 2001 from Oakes High School and attended the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton. She owns and operates Tiny Toes Day Care, Oakes.
Chad graduated in 1999 from Verona (N.D.) High School. He is a welder at Bobcat, Gwinner, N.D.
A May 12 wedding is planned at Grace Lutheran Church, Oakes, followed by a reception at the Bear Creek Lodge, Verona.
