Parents are Jeff and Janet Roeder, Milnor; and Mark and Vicki Weber, Rutland.
Darci is a 2008 graduate of Milnor Public School and a 2011 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in social work.
Ryan is a 2007 graduate of Sargent Central Public School, Forman, N.D., and he will graduate in May from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in history and history education.
A June 23 wedding is planned at St. Arnold’s Catholic Church, Milnor.
