Parents are Don and Roxanne Westman, Mapleton, N.D.; and Rebecca and the late Mark Meyer, Fargo.
Kristen graduated in 2001 from West Fargo High School. She is a bartender at Texas Roadhouse, Fargo.
Jeff graduated in 1995 from Shanley High School, Fargo. He is an account executive at Valley News Live, Fargo.
A May 19 wedding is planned at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo, followed by a reception at the Speedway Event Center, West Fargo.
