Knutzen-Schultz

Marissa Knutzen, Fargo, and Joe Schultz, Moorhead, announce their engagement.

Parents are Greg and Rose Johnson, Hickson, N.D.; Tim and Rachel Knutzen, New Hope, Minn.; and Mike and Judy Schultz, Moorhead.

Marissa graduated in 2006 from Fargo South High School and in 2008 graduated from the Aveda Institute, Minneapolis, with a degree in cosmetology. She is a hairstylist at MJ Capelli, Moorhead.

Joe graduated in 2006 from Moorhead High School and in 2010 graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, with a degree in firefighting. He is a supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott, Moorhead. He also serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Dilworth Fire Department.

A June 1 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran North Campus, Fargo, followed by a reception at the Courtyard by Marriott, Moorhead.
