Vangsness-Swenson

Amanda Vangsness, Fargo, and Eric Swenson, Barnesville, Minn., announce their engagement.

Parents are Senster and Janet Vangsness, Leonard, N.D.; and Sophie Swenson and the late Donald Swenson, Barnesville.

Amanda graduated in 1999 from Kindred (N.D.) High School and in 2003 graduated from Valley City (N.D.) State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Kindred Public Schools.

Eric graduated in 1996 from Barnesville High School. He is employed by Swenson Grain and Cattle, Rollag, Minn.

A July 7 wedding is planned at Bethel Church, Fargo, followed by a reception dance at the Speedway Event Center, West Fargo.
